Rain or shine, the clowning around must go on! A white, plastic hook at the end of the metal handle lets you grip it with ease. The tiny umbrella slides open and is secured with a metal tab. It is red, green and yellow with a red ruffle edge. (Please note: the plastic ends on the umbrella supports are white and not red as pictured.)
